Physician Compensation Plan – Extensive experience in  developing and implementing compensation plans to realize organizational goals, enhance stakeholder “buy-in”, or address specific issues, including leaves, faculty time, or gender fairness and equity through appropriate design, modeling and analysis.
 
Advance Practice Provider Compensation Plan –  Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing stand-alone compensation plan or one that augments the physician compensation plan for your organization with sensitivities to transparency, organizational goals and expected outcomes.  
 
Ongoing Compensation Management – Ongoing or interim support for the compensation team and compensation committee to reenforce new models, create timely new offers, or keep up with incentive pay worksheets and FMV opinions.
 
Alignment – proven strategies to developing alignment with the hospital, health system and community.
